The options here allow support to access your machine, please select the option the support technician advises you to use.
Here you can download a teamviewer based remote software we are
evaluating this as a possible option so please ignore any pop-up's when the connection is finished. The TeamViewer can
easily be started on every windows system connected to the internet.
It allows only specific support members, whom you tell the shown ID, to
remotely connect to the system.
